 Our server provides web hosting to thousands of clients, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and provide the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to insure these services.
Content
All services provided by Klhost.com and associates may be used for lawful purposes only. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Klhost.com and associates from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on our servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or Link to adult content elsewhere. Klhost.com and associates will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Audio/Video Streaming
Audio and video streaming is strictly prohibited on our network. Our bandwidth allowance is for email and web traffic only.
Chat Rooms
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option.
IRC
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Commercial Advertising - Email
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from an Klhost.com or associate server or using an email address that is maintained on a Klhost.com or associate machine is STRICTLY prohibited. Klhost.com and associates will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Server abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to an Klhost.com or associate server is strictly prohibited.
WHEREAS, the parties acknowledge that the Internet is neither owned nor controlled by any one entity; therefore, Klhost.com can make no guarantee that any given reader shall be able to access Klhost.com's server at any given time. Klhost.com represents that it shall make every good faith effort to ensure that its server is available as widely as possible and with as little service interruption as possible.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows;
Material and Products
1. Client will provide Klhost.com with material and data in a condition that is "server-ready",
which is in a form requiring no additional manipulation on the part of Klhost.com.
Klhost.com shall make no effort to validate this information for content, correctness or
usability.
2. Klhost.com will exercise no control whatsoever over the content of the information
passing through the network. Klhost.com makes no warranties or representations
of any kind, whether expressed or implied for the service it is providing. Klhost.com
also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose and
will not be responsible for any damages that may be suffered by the Client, including
loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries or service interruptions by any cause
or errors or omissions of the Client. Use of any information obtained by way of
Klhost.com is at the Client's own risk, and Klhost.com specifically denies any
responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.
Any terms or conditions that fail to be followed will result in grounds for account deactivation. We reserve the right to remove any account any time with prior notice.
