KLhost were and still are my first paid host. Since starting with them in 2001 I have had no major problems, their prices are incredibly reasonable and the software is always kept up to date. I have never had an issue that has not been fixed within the day and usually within a few hours.. If you're looking for a great host at low prices then there is no alternative to KLhost! new features are always just around the corner from this bright, cheerful, polite and helpful team of people.
